You are invited to a Holiday🎄Tree Lighting ceremony to be held December 10th, 2025 at 5pm at the Washington, DC Metropolitan Police Memorial, in front of 300 Indiana Ave, NW.
It is especially important during the holidays that we remember all the families whose officers will not be coming home. Their sacrifice for our city and its citizens should never be forgotten.
The ceremony is presented by the Washington DC Chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.) a non-profit that provides resources to the families of officers killed in the line-of-duty.
The Memorial will always need funds to support its continual maintenance and engraving even while we hope to never have to add another name to the Wall.
