This beautiful set includes the following quality items as a thank you for making a donation of $500 or more.

  • Lapel Pin – The Lapel Pin is a standard size lapel pin with the MPD Call Box inside the gold wreath.
  • Donor Coin – The unique challenge coin (different from the Challenge Coin) displays the MPD Badge with the black mourning tape across the badge and the badge number of 1861, the year MPD was born. On the reverse side of the coin displays our motto, “All Gave Some, Some Gave All” circling the MPD badge. Please note the thin blue line and flags are not displayed on the badge, making it more authentic looking.
  • Donor’s Badge – Badge featuring the MPD Call Box, DC and U.S. flags, black mourning band in the background and your name engraved on the badge.  Arrives in a beautiful blue velvet case.

Other donation options – For a donation of just $25 you will receive the Lapel Pin.  Or, for a donation of $250 you will receive the Lapel Pin and the Challenge Coin.

Each donation supports the construction of a fitting memorial to honor the sacrifices of the men and women of the Metropolitan Police Department of Washington, DC, who have been killed in the line of duty. We are a non-profit, 501 (c)(3) tax exempt organization. Donations are exempt in accordance with IRS Tax regulations.

Read this first:   

  • For your donation of $500 or more, you will receive our Major Donor Set as a thank you gift. Simply click the blue DONATE NOW button above.
  • When the field appears to select the amount of your donation, simply click once in the box and start typing the amount.  You do not need to delete the $0.00 first.
